Brand Content Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive content strategies that reflect our company’s objectives.
  • Produce a variety of content forms such as blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, email campaigns, sales collateral, and more.
  • Collaborate with teams across the company to extract insights and enhance the quality and impact of content.
  • Maintain and refine our brand voice, ensuring consistency across all platforms, particularly for the Indonesian market.
  • Develop storytelling and work with the Creative Team to develop engaging visual content.
  • Create scripts for multimedia and video content and work with the Digital Team to oversee the launch of brand campaigns across all digital channels.
  • Manage media relations and secure content placements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media, KOLs, and influencers to boost brand visibility.
  • Conduct regular competitive media analysis to benchmark our brand presence and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present detailed media performance reports.
  • Lead the creation and distribution of monthly newsletters and bi-annual market reports, ensuring content is informative, timely, and aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Mentor and develop junior content creators and proofreaders, ensuring all content is socially optimized and aligns with our brand strategy.
  • Manage multiple content projects efficiently, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a content calendar.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor?s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in content creation, preferably in the fintech or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of PR strategies and media relations.
  • Strong storytelling skills with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
