The Statistics Indonesia (BPS) reported that Indonesia?s economic growth reached 5.01% in March 2022, partly contributed by the recovery of the economic sector that drives the backbone of Indonesia?s economy, the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. Fundo, a securities auction fintech platform that focuses on the MSME sector, is optimistic that it can continue to provide financing support. Aida Sutanto, Founder and CEO of FSB Indonesia said that MSMEs are indeed one of the important sectors in Indonesia with a total number of 64.2 million and economic contribution to gross domestic product (GDP) of 61.07% or Rp8,573 .89 trillion. ?Fundo?s mission is to contribute to Indonesia?s economic growth by supporting MSMEs and encouraging sustainable job creation.
